COMMUNITY BLOCK PARTIES

We believe in Community and relationship building. There is no greater way to meet your neighbors than with a party. We like to have large, themed neighborhood parties. We host monthly block parties between March and November with the help of Community Partners.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP

Our desire is to not only see students dream about a better future but obtain a better future. Every spring we do a college tour for middle school and high school students. We then work with these students toward applying to college and growing in their studies as middle and high school-ers. The goal is to make sure every student, no matter the circumstance has an opportunity to attend college.

CHRISTMAS STORE

In December, we turn our facility into a store where parents can purchase Christmas presents for their children at deeply discounted prices.  Through the generosity of local merchants and donors, we can provide for children who might otherwise go without, while respecting the dignity of their parents.

BACK TO SCHOOL FESTIVAL

Our Back to School festival is designed to help families in the community prepare to return to school. With the help of many partners and donors, backpacks and school supplies, are provided to our students free of charge. Games, food, and community building accompany this fun-filled event.
